PSA after SBRT
Thats a loaded question there!!
Any more specifics?
Lower.
Pre-SBRT (5 fractions) for G3+4 at age 67, my PSA was at 9.74. 2 months after SBRT it hit 11.48 and after another 2 months it was 5.33.
In my case, the lowest it ever got to was 2.45 (2 years after SBRT) and then it started rising until it got to 5.41 (nearly 3 years after SBRT) and then I had a Tulsa Pro whole gland ablation (for G4+4).
Not sure this is very helpful though, as we are all different.
The two times that I have had it my PSA has fallen each time. After my most recent treatment of a rib it has gone from 0.33 prior to SBRT to 0.25 to 0.15, tests are six weeks apart. My onco, Dr. Sartor says I can continue playing whack a mole for quite a while as long as the spots don’t become too numerous or are in an area tough to treat. I view it as kicking the can down the road, allowing me to keep a couple bullets in the holster.

What was targeted by SBRT, do you still have your prostate, meaning did you first have a Radical Prostatectomy, or some form of radiation to prostate bed or have you had whole pelvic radiation.Where are you on the pathway of treatments,?
I am here asking for my husband. He did not have radical prostatectomy and no other radiation.
