Replaced the Ventura faded Men Taken list

Did a lil Beach Trip and also wanted to replace the faded list

I used a UV resistant clear sticky wrap that an HU member suggested. The old one was such a pain to remove and it damaged one of the Blue Ribbons. I moved it to a shadier area in the planter
