My husband walking our daughter down the aisle.

Here is a peak at my husband walking our daughter down the aisle on Sunday Oct. 8th . A dream come true 4 years and 8 months after diagnosis. He has his 4th Pluvicto treatment this Friday and his labs came in normal with some L's (low) for for Hct-35.5, Hgb - 12.3, MPV-8.9 and Abs Lymphs - 0.7. We see the MO on Monday. Wondering what's next after Pluvicto. We are traveling to and from Mexico every 6 weeks for treatment which has it's own challenges but days like yesterday are priceless!

Congratulations and well done. You look well in the picture. Any specific prep you did beforehand to get thorough the day? My daughter gets married next April and hoping to be around despite all the crap these days. I have a lot of pain so that will be my focus and I hope to be walking by then.

Best wishes to you all.

You know, honestly i didn't know what to expect. I wasnt sure if he would make it through rehearsal the day before or how much of the festivities he would be able to handle but he just had a windfall of energy and determination. Every time i turned around he was dancing - not fast but he was on the dance floor with kids and grand kids - soaking it in. Love conquers all - that's what i was thinking - one day at a time. Love and hope to you db1966!

How are you did you get another opinion? Last post I saw you were looking . You were doing Pluvicto when my husband was then quit because wasn’t working and I keep thinking about you and your daughters wedding and hoping they found another treatment . Take care and keep fighting ! Michelle

No we didn't quit because it didn't work, we got stopped in the process because it wasn't available. Hope you are both well!

Best wishes. This is from last November, in Jackson Wy. Daughter left the big city for ranch life. I was diagnosed in 2008, currently undetectable, age 80.

Beautiful picture! Priceless memory. Your husband is a wonderful father. I’m sure it took a lot of his energy to walk your daughter up the aisle. You can see the gratitude on your daughter’s face. Thank you for sharing.

Kudos to you Karirudy, If I had to participate in another wedding ceremony it would probably be in a stretcher as they carried me out to the ambulance.......

(Much luck to the poor Schmuck and many kisses to the lovely Duck)

Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
