Never miss a dose beddy bye routine 20mg Melatonin and Apigenin, 1000mg Andrographis, Bang lights out, midnight pee break another 20mg . looks like morning time for coffee, lol

I take melatonin because I find it useful...but that study is about cell lines, not even in vivo on animals, but in vitro...which means far away to be proven on humans
