Got back up here after midnight, and LoL had 9 am pts. All Good , didn't die - to the dismay of a few

Me !!!! …… I go to places like you do …. The person pushing me around in my wheeled chair steps in dog poo and I transfer to a park bench ( from my wheeled chair ) and fight like heck to try to keep from falling over asleep. Yayahahahaya yayahahahaya

I had three days at coastal Monterey ,starting tomorrow , qued up ….had to kick it down the road a bit because ima having some ( OMG ) Zometa muscle- skeletal issues that’s gonna take a few days to clear up. Hey Bruddah Kal, yea always been a crazy high energy guy and F'in #stageivpca ain't gonna break my stride (insert song😁). I had tix to the Happy Together tour for several months, when my lady friend said she wanted to go down to the OC, I asked is she wanted to see "Tina" she said Yes Duh!!
Huntington Beach was insanely crowded so Plan B was the estuary and that turned out wonderfully. LoL, there wasn't a party for me, we paid $3 to get into the Butterfly Garden and those butterflies were all over erybody😜
As far as a Sparkle horn growing, probs not since I'm on ADT 😆 but I'm trying to fart sparkles
ROFL about possible travails in the chair and Dog poop. I wish I could transfer some of the verve onto others, but gotta settle on QoL posts to be that lil spark that sets off fireworks

IMHO you made a better choice with Bolsa Chica. Huntington isn’t a close second , unless you build a bonfire there after dark and have a s’mores + party..
if you can get one of the guided Bolsa land trust tours, the long and active history of the Bolsa is fascinating. The upper estuary, all the stingrays at the inlet and one of the best surfing beaches. The habitats there are lush. Love that place. It’s been a dirty grimy trashy wastelands in my lifetime and the conservancy that was able to buy it and restore it is one of the modern miracles, especially saving it from building growth.
Keep up the hard QOL work bruddha, this group is a richer place for it. You bust up the inevitable gloom and sterile-ness here and it’s so much more because of you.

Yea, loved the serenity of the wetlands with so much water fowl. I'd much rather do a leisurely stroll and see the flora and fauna, than be stuck in traffic at a stoplight trying to get into Beach parking

I finally got out for a while today myself. Drove out to the overfilling Millerton Lake. The spillway a thundering display of water power. It was beautiful, but nearing 100f before we got out of there.

It was such fun, a change of venue can boost one's mood. I didn't even realize that they were on me until Niah, the lady with me, said hold still and she took a pic. I'm not quite The Butterfly Whisperer yet tho.
