My neighbor gave me some mangos from the tree in her back yard. Since fruits and vegetables contain phytonutrients, which are so healing I decided to make some smoothies........... LOTS
In a nutri Bullet or blender:
1 cup of mango, cubed.
2 frozen bananas(I keep bananas in my freezer when they get too ripe).....
some orange juice from 2 squeezed oranges
blueberries, cherries, strawberries and other fruits I have in my fridge. I didn't measure I just had to use them before they spoiled LOL
combine until smooth.
Yummy.
Just a little thought................(NK) natural killer cells are a type of immune cell that fight cancer cells. Blueberries boost your immune system by increasing them in your body.
Enjoy. I hope you try this and let me know what you think.

Lrv, I’ve been drinking fruit smoothies every morning for the past 13 years. Fruit is very good for us, but just not easy to eat (exception being bananas or apples) enough of, especially of the variety you mention. By prepping/freezing it when it ripens, none of it goes bad (or to waste). I make 5 or 6 days worth at a time, and get all the fruit my body craves. Avocado goes into the mix as well.
I would love to try this shake but it will give me diarrhea - I am post RT you should be careful with your recommendations allot of here are not able to tolerate this - could cause problems
thank you for this tip. I have some ripe bananas, an avocado and a mango that are the perfect combination for the smoothie treatment! I am finishing my treatment for local advanced prostate cancer and I’m looking for more options that will help keep prostate cancer at bay as the ADT goes away.
