Ha-ha, we actually talked about it and threw around some ideas for a little trip but ultimately decided to stay home. He has a chemo treatment today then starts water therapy tomorrow but late summer we might be able to go on a road trip.

I wish him well on his treatment today. Combine water therapy with a trip to the beaches in Acapulco.....(include blinders to keep his eyes on the water, if you catch my drift)....

Congrats! I proposed to my wife for the second time a whlie ago. We haven't had time to do the ceremony yet as my son got married but you just gave me the idea to do it on our anniversary. It won't be 40 years but 39. Close enough!

That’s awesome! Yes, do it now; you never know what might happen in a year’s time.

Funny that you say you proposed again. My husband never properly proposed the first time, he just assumed we’d be getting married. This time he actually asked 🥰 I know the Lupron probably had something to do with it but he said some of the sweetest things to me leading up to the day. I’ll always keep those memories in my heart.
