Has anyone had a bi-lateral orchidectomy with no prescribed medications? If so, what happened to your PSA? Thanks

orchidectomy/orchiectomy
I had orchiectomy and PSA went down until I became castrate resistant.
Hi, I had a bilateral orchidectomy 12 months ago, no medications since. PSA still currently undetectable. (<0.05).
After being diagnosed with prostate cancer with metastasis to a local lymph node I chose bilateral orchiectomy. The surgery was March of 2021 and the PSA dropped to a nadir of 0.43 (from 248 at diagnosis) about a year later. It has since begun to rise and is now 1.54. I have used no meds since the surgery. My oncologist and I agree that at this point there is no need to begin androgen receptor antagonists though that will likely change within the next year.
Stop!!! You're making me hungry.
