Orchiectomy with TRT

Has anyone with an orchiectomy done TRT? I know that completely defeats the purpose but my wife's only concern with my doing an orchiectomy is that it means the permanent loss of libido. For the last couple of years, I have had zero endogenous testosterone but an ok libido when I do TRT (note that I have not done an orchiectomy yet).

I was asking for potential future reasons. Say, for example, a "cure" is developed or my MO is concerned about bone loss or cachexia and would prefer that I had some testosterone and estrogen. I'm curious for personal reasons whether or not I might ever have libido again.

A real rush when you mentioned Todos Santos. We used to go to a RV park a little south of town. Right on the beach. Loved hearing the rocks rolling up and down the beach with the tide. Long gone, cut up into lotes.

I lotion each morning my testotop-gel-dosis on my empty baggy and will have a good libido. Its much stronger than before castration, because my orbs were half dead already. I have to spread the 125 mg-bag over three days, because my sex-drive would explode otherwise!!! And my wife is 100 % okay with my castrated state - why not too??
