Fascinating… thanks much…

EBC-46 is proposed to activate certain forms of PKC, which in turn influence the activity of various proteins in the cancerous cells, attracting an immune response by the host’s body. The resulting inflammation makes the tumor’s vasculature, or blood vessels,  leaky, and this hemorrhaging causes the tumorous growth to die. In the case of external, cutaneous malignancies, the tumors scab up and fall off, and ways of delivering EBC-46 to internal tumors are being investigated.

Thank you for the post. The compound appears to be scalable in a relatively reasonable time to be of use to many of us. Whenever clinical trials on humans begin, even joining a phase 1 might be up for consideration. Usually, this is the phase for which it is difficult to recruit participants.

As I read it, the seeds wouldn't be concentrated enough to have any prophylactic effect. Maybe if we had started on the seeds 5 years ago we might achieve some kind of protection. TCM and other traditional medicines, work over time to achieve results.

I was just joking but in reality I think if u eat enough of them without throwing up or getting diarrhea like the animals did, then it’s probable to work but that’s what the first phase clinical try is for to fine tune that right dose. As I understand it they just can’t make mass production of it n don’t want to be in the positions as Novartis is w the lutetium 177 psmA 617

I know that you were joking but my comments on TCM still hold. Something taken in low dose, if over long enough time, can be effective. I have been using TCM for decades and it often has helped me.

These anti-parasitic drugs are very interesting. I have been taking Fenbendazole for several years with success. My MO used to ask me at each of our appointments whether or not I was still taking the medication. Other than Avodart (Dutasteride), I have not been on any protocol for the past six years. I have no concrete proof, but something seems to be working.

There are currently 4 clinical trials of Tigilanol (EBC-46) but all for treatment of melanoma. Phase 1 trials started in 2015.

Usually if it works for one cancer after the 10 year clinical trial, much more cancer trials can be approved w an additional two years
