Yes, I had read this but there is no treatment yet, just the research which needs to be proven out. Encouraging that the researcher from University of Bern, Ms. Emerling, says they are working on a drug to target the enzyme and targeting lipid metabolism is a hot research topic right now. She says, "There's no drug yet, but I have high hopes that in the near future, we'll have something in clinical trials. That would be amazing."’ The trials and drug could be a long time coming though.

Its been theorized for 3 years now, but no one is following up.

The devil will be in the SE details, when/if a medicine/molecule is found/engineered. Waiting is hard.

Very exciting article-thank you for posting it. Here's another article that mentions existing classes of drugs like Fenofibrates and Statins that have an effect on prostate cancer. These drugs may work by interfering with the metabolization of lipids where the enzyme PI5P4Kα is involved. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac...
