Cimetidine: repurposing drug

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl..., it seems very interesting and an easy to take drug . It is used in alternative treatments in private cancer hospitals in Germany with great succes regarding the survival rate for 10 years and more. Does anyone have experience with cimetidine?
