Thanks Magnus, still reading it but it goes in line of what i was trying to do. The COC protocol but i got off that mostly because I didn’t want to take long term doxycycline and i had problems with metformin. I also need to study the statin/lipid pathways with respect to Carderine as i think it does similar. (Need to study that again)

The anthilmentics are very interesting in its microtubule disruption especially with docetaxel. I make my own natural anthilmintics with juglans nigra (black walnut and DMSO. I need to go back to taking it but my wife says i stink up the house with can of corn breath( thats why i stopped using it..

anyone thinking of taking ivermectin and if so what dose? i have a bottle of it that i use as heartworm prevention for my dogs. apparently it is very difficult to overdose on ivermectin. it is one of the safest and most highly tested drugs on the market. but other than overcharging for heartworm pills there is little profit in selling it. a 50 ml bottle of 1% ivermectin costs something like $35

I've used it over two years. 18-22 mg 3-5 days per week.

ok so i have a 1% solution 1 mg per 100 mg so for 20 mg I would need to take 2000 mg or 2 grams. I know it is difficult to OD on ivermectin but is that OK?

what is your source, it is prescribed or are you taking what i have which is "injectable" for livestock. Of course I would not inject it but take it orally as do my dogs for heartworm prevention.

Looks like an excellent paper. I have a strong interest in this area. Look into delta tocotrienol in combination with statins. Cheers, Phil

Impossible to say if the up to now good results are related to the two I have taken for some time, sertralin and menben´s cousin fenben, but I suppose probably not. However, on one occasion my ALP and LDH simultaneously first increased somewhat to just around the maximum range, then decreased back to the old level. I started fenben right after the increase, and next time I checked the numbers were down. Probably a coincidence. But I can´t take the risk it´s not so I am stuck with this often ridiculed substance. OK with olive oil and no sides🙂

sounds like a good combo

Yes, I saw that too. Here's p1 of McLelland's metro map (modified by others) for PCa. The pdf is much longer. Can files be posted here?
