Discount pharmacies

Searching online for US specialty drug suppliers for Zytiga (generic abiraterone) 250 mg x 2-30 day supply I find from $650 copay/month, with insurance, to a US online pharmacy without insurance at $78/mo. I called the pharmacy who said the drug is manufactured in the US.

This type of discount is well advertised on TV for other drugs.

Is this real? Effective? Safe?

Zytiga is effective, everyone responds differently to medications. $78 is great price, can you tell us what pharmacy?

What I'm looking for is a source to verify their drug is fully FDA approved. Would Dr's office be able to do that? Or a need to do that?

A doctor would not be able to prescribe a drug if it were not FDA approved. Personally I'm I don't think FDA approval means much.

Sometimes when you go to a new pharmacy and ask for the best discount “cash price” and do not even tell them you have insurance you can get some surprisingly low price.

Not what you're looking for?
