how to deal with incontinency

Three months ago I noticed traces of blood in my urine which increased every day. Two weeks ago I was bleeding much more and seeing blood clots on a regular basis. On Monday this last week my Uro cauterized my bladder. I had a catheter for 3 days. The bleeding has stopped but it created a new problem. Now I'm dealing with urgency, frequency and incontinence during the day. I'm at a point where I have to curtail physical activity and may have to wear a diaper to avoid embarrassment. Is there something that will help that doesn't require surgery?
