Searching for estrogen patch or gel

Dear brothers and sisters. I reside in El Salvador and am searching for estrogen in patch or gel wondering if this might help hold off the beast, as it has for Ronron and others. In El Salvador, they only have tablets of .65 mg. I have read that the tablets are dangerous because they are processed through the kidneys and liver. Can anyone educate me a bit about this.

Thanks TA. I take baby asprin daily (for years). Would that decrease the risk?

I doubt it would. It’s a different mechanism.
