Hi, I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We are still waiting to get into the radiation oncologist to radiate the spot on his spine. There is a spot on his rib as well which they say they will be able to get when doing the spine. Also, the report stated that small spiculated areas were appreciated with ground-glass haze noted in the lingula. Given its normal shape with the ground-glass is difficult to achieve an accurate measurement. As an estimate, this is approximately 5mm. This could represent developing or resolving infectious process. A more aggressive process is not excluded. A second toe groundglass area is noted very inferiorly in the lingula.
WHAT DOES All This Mean???
Also states There is a concern for left ventricular hypertrophy. Follow up with cardiology. We will try and get into the Dr this week. we were having insurance issues. They also denied the PSMA PET Scan for DEC. 5.
Any comments advice or helpful hints would be much appreciated. Thank You.
