It’s interesting on the group that we can discover that “ food “ is a bigger , wider, subject with more interesting aspects than you might think. Guys early into their stage4 diagnosis often want to tweak their diets and supplements… hoping to gain benefits in the fight with aPCa and medication SEs. Guys that are longer into their treatments now ( prolly most already having done the early tweaking ) are more interested in just fun , attention diverting, gourmet eating and even cooking. Cooking and dining , in or out , being great QOL events that family - loved ones can participate in for those quality times together. I’m , for sure, surprised to see the strong interest in the QOL side of food here…. If you think about it .. ultimately it’s really all about QOL from various perspectives.
Pretty kewl Darryl and trying to get us croakers to focus on pleasant, nicer , things in life and not being Debbie Downer so much…… well , …. the benefits are obvious. Of course Stage4 groups just naturally have a pall about them , a little happy Mill Valley Sunday element folded in helps lift everyone. Families and all.
