This study indicates a PSA decline of 50% in 65% of the patients treated with tandem therapy. These were heavy pretreated patients. " Xerostomia was reported as grade 1 (very mild) in 8/20 patients (40%), grade 2 (mild) in 5/20 (25%), and grade 3/4 in 0/20."

Something to consider particularly with many bone mets. Ac225 decays to Ra223 which is the isotope use in Xofigo. Ra 223 is incorporated into the bone.

I do not know if this really happens for sure with Ac225 PSMA treatment, but it is theoretically possible.
