Search feature

Search feature top right, next to alerts icon. It seems to provide results from all healthunlocked. Is there a search function that would just search within the PCa group?

The search feature on HealthUnlocked is among the worst I've seen. I use the site command on google. Put this in the google search bar:

site:healthunlocked.com/advanced-prostate-cancer "search terms"

If you click on the "Posts" tab to see the list of the latest posts, there is a search field on the right which displays "Search posts on Advanced Prostate Cancer". This will search just within this group.

After doing your search, on the results screen there is a "filter results" feature. Click that and select "My Communities". This will show only the results for the prostate cancer list.
