My brother has just been diagnosed with stage 4 advanced prostrate Cancer and told me how he found this forum to be very uplifting and helpful, he was blown away by the responses he received and the positivity to not believe in the prognosis, as he has now told me he can come to terms with the diagnosis but not the prognosis which is reassuring to me.

It doesn't help that we are living miles apart he in Australia and me in the UK, and the thought of meeting up although would be amazing beyond belief, its the goodbyes that neither of us could stand so any help /support I can get to help me understand the journey and be a better long distance support to my brother please help.

This feels like a great family post …lots of love and warmth.

Being a croaker myself, I think close family contact with your brother …in of itself, is a whole lot of support for your brother. I’m pretty sure he really needs and appreciates your loving support, even if it has to be long distance for now. I know I would in similar circumstances. Keep on keeping on brother, what you are doing is important for both of you.

❤️❤️❤️
