LUTS with severe backache, hip pain and groin pain

My partner's doctor suspects that he has PC that has spread because of these symptoms. Just wanted to know how common it is to have pain in these areas with advancer prostate cancer? Thank you.

It's possible. But those are the classic symptoms of prostatitis too. Only a biopsy can tell.
