Bone and soft tissue Mets progressing after 3 rounds of docitaxil and carbotaxil. Next steps are Lutitium and after that MO is talking about applying for compassionate keytruda?? I know very little about keytruda much less what a compassionate keytruda designation is. Any information about any of the above will be greatly appreciated. It sounds like I am heading for the last roundup.

I think they mean that they are applying to get the drug for you from the manufacturer even though it is not indicated based on your current diagnosis. It is only FDA-approved for prostate cancer in men who have a rare genomic trait (MSI-hi/dMMR), but there are some clues that it also may be useful in men whose tumors express PD-L1 or show a high level of mutational burden.

Thank you for your response. As I go into this new journey in the treatment of this disease I know only a percentage of patients respond and the effect on QAL is different for everyone. As a sidebar have you heard anything about trails with AMG 509.

It is still in trials, so there is nothing published yet of course. I know that a similar BiTE, HPN424, didn't do well.
