I have been on it with Lupron for about 10 months, works well, no additional side effects. Expensive, but insurance covers most of it.

Bayer has a $0 copay program if you’re on commercial insurance only (I checked neuro asking my MO to put me on darolutimide). Any government plans like Medicare spread to disqualify you from the program.

This is some info from the FDA:

I have been taking darolutamide for 2 years, it has increased the fatigue, the muscle loss and the joints degeneration. My blood pressure has been going up and it has required more meds to be under control.

My experience is very similar to Tango65 (see above) i have been on both Darolutsmide (Nubeqa ) and Eligard ( same as Lupron) for 8 months.Side effects similar to Eligar. Had to lower my dosage - from 1200 mg per day to 600,taking one pill instead of two in the morning and evening - because my blood pressure had went thru the roof.

Oups i hit send button a bit fast. Darolutamide also gives rashes - well controlled with laroche posay lipikar creme

I just started taking it. Where did you get rashes at?

For what I gather the rashes are a by product of liver enzyme overload.

The rashes are mainly on forearms and calves and thighs. They come and go. At first they're like mosquito bites

I've been on lupron for 6 months and daro for 3 months. I have no symptoms on either, but i am also on Osterine and cardarine which mitigates the side effects. I am also HSPC.

I recently added a trial of cardarine to my modified BAT program. But I’m unsure of quality and authenticity because online seller does not post independent testing results. Could you please message me about your choice of sourcing? Thanks

I am on 1200 mg Nubeqa daily and Lupron injections every three months for about 6 months now. Side effects are mild, mostly fatigue and mild rash. I am trying to exercise every day, mostly weights, tai-chi and walking and biking when the weather permits. I take Lisinopril for blood pressure, which started rising more than a year before I was diagnosed with PCa, and is now under control.

Have been on it since January, along with lupron. No additional side effects.

My husband has been on it a month now and also had his first Lupron shot (switched from Firmagon) along with 2 treatments so far of Docetaxel chemo. So far so good. Mainly fatigue and some leg pain.
