All the studies were done on patients at different stages of disease progression ( eg: TheraP trial required mCRPC progressing after docetaxel ) . So I assume it would be hard to answer 'does it work?' question categorically.

Would you be kind enough to fill out your profile so good people here can create the context under which the post is being made. Thank you!

You can get a PSMA PET/CT to see how well the Lu177 therapy worked. It differs, some patients have a good response, some a very good response and some have only a small or no response.

Get additional cycles.

It worked for me. PSA from 19 down to 1.6 in two infusions. But it does not work for everybody if you read the results here.
