My MO wanted me to do this clinical trial but I rather not as Olaparib is a rather toxic therapy and I would only do it after Enzalutamide fails.

After Enza at PSA 10 i will do the liquid biopsy and see my options Olaparib or Keytruda etc.

I am still on Firmagon injections only and my PSA is 0.95 and going up.

Did your husband had a liquid biopsy? What is his PSA now?

PSA last checked was 414 and LDH 1250. ALP 105. Not sure if the NHS orders liquid biopsies.

If I would you I would pay myself 5000 A$ for Guardant 360 and check my eligibility for Olaparib or Keytruda etc.

At PSA above 10 it is a good idea to order Guardant 360 liquid biopsy after Enzalutamide fails.
