Salvage focal therapy on prostate with sbrt

Lookin for an excellent RO who does salvage focal reradiation with sort on prostate primarily treated with ext. beam , near or far if necessary from Buffalo ny or what resources used to find one. Had no success yet but will keep trying

Salvage focal SBRT is very rare. It is usually salvage whole gland SBRT, or salvage focal brachytherapy.

Thanks TA. High dose brachytherapy will be my next search, Should be focal , 2cm left side of prostrate

Did you have HD brachytherapy. Whole gland or focal ?
