BR DIM vs other forms

Hi there,

Hope you're Well!As I'm sure you're all well aware BR DIM has been fairly well studied ,with quite a few promising clinical trials.

I just had a few questions, I noticed it has vitamin E and Phosphatidylcholine as part of its absorptionc/bioavailability complex.

Both of these ingredients are known to exacerbate pca in some instances. I'm aware that these ingredients enhance bioavailability , but I'm interested to know what people think (given these ingredients are technically risk factors)

Has anybody used LEs optimised brocolli DIM supplement with any success? Also does anybody here favour I3C over DIM ? ( I know Patrick has made some fantastic posts on this already and I've read them, but just interested to pick your brains)

I take Natures Way Dim plus which is has BR DIM trade mark. I think Patrick uses but can’t speak for him

Difficult to say really. I am still here 😊👍 but I have had SOC treatment and take a pile of supplements and exercise regularly so difficult to pick out any one item from the general mix

I take LE's product but also eat a couple good pinches of broccoli sprouts with a garlic clove thinly sliced on them, some dressing with olive oil and black pepper to enhance absorption.

Read about broccoli sprouts and garlic. Nothing wrong with a teaspoon of organic tomato paste to go along with that. I usually at the sprouts after I finish my salad. A tasty dressing makes all well.

Supplements are sometimes an "insurance policy" or if you can't get the sprouts or garlic as happened once in the pandemic. Real food, high quality food, is very important.

I take supps every day, but really, the foods are more important--if you can get enough. I take my supps with drink mix such as Green Vibrance.
