psa and scans after switch to dexamethasone and sbrt

Mike’s psa is down to .02 after getting up to 11+ in April. The radiated tumor on his bone is healing and no new tumors are obvious on the scans. PSMA scan in April showed one bone tumor. The switch from zytiga and prednisone to zytiga and dexamethasone started the psa decrease (11+ to.36) with sbrt to the one tumor a month later leading to drops below .1

I have posted and asked for information when trends were unfavorable and appreciated the support so much. I just wanted to share our better news this time.
