hi all. Dad just had his 3rd round of jevtana and has developed a cough ( sounds wet) with some increasing irritation in his throat. No fever etc. I know cough can be a side effect but just wondering if others have managed this or is this something more sinister going on? Mets have been limited to bones and last scan 3 months ago showed no progression. Scans due soon they are also doing chest X-ray. Interested in your experiences. Thanks in advance 😊

I didn't realize this is an AE of Jevtana. I've had eight doses so far this year, with Carboplatin, and have coughed up a few sizable lugies every day for the last several weeks. Maybe because of the Jevtana. We shall see if it stops after im done. No big deal for me. Better than the lung effects from Taxotere.
