I think this part of the report is the most important. Organs are not affected but the bone mets will cause pain sooner or later. You can continue the treatment with Cabazitaxel, Radium 223, Lu177 or better Lu177 in combination with Ac225 (if available).

He is waiting for Lu! Do you know the life expectancy after you’ve had that treatment if everything goes well

This is the slide I had in mind. It is for Ac225, not Lu177. But I think Lu177 will not have very different results.

I found this study with results for Lu177. They report 16 months for Lu177.
