Yes it does. I’ve been really impressed with Johns Hopkins in combating metastatic PCa

Many PSMA-targeted therapies in trials - a few are in clinical trials.

Have you heard about protoxin?

Nope

I can’t find anything else on it. Maybe still early early days

Here are a few of the many in PSMA-targeted lab tests and early trials (aside from radiopharmaceuticals, and CAR-T and BiTEs);

It's a very active area of research - many years from any drug approvals (which is why I never post this sort of thing).

Thank you for the links! Even it might be years from now, I still find comfort in what is happening in the reseach field, you never know - many men here have been alive longer that their original doctors told them and might be benifiting from this is the future, including my father. I like to think that.

If you go to clinicaltrials.gov and type in "prostate cancer Stage 4" it will probably return thousands of ongoing clinical trials. Most of them will come to nothing, but hopefully, one or two will result in an important therapy.

Protoxin is not a particular product, it is a substance which is transformed in a toxin ( a poisonous substance produced within living cells) when is metabolize by a cell. There are many protoxins.

Sounds like a potentially amazing treatment.....once it gets through FDA trials. Good find!

Well this is amazing modern medical technology at the speed of light. I like the terminology or description’ Protoxin is like a mail order bomb letter specially tagged with killer lethal action once that ‘mail order bomb’ finds its Cancer laced PSMA cells in our human bodies.

Brilliant study Johns Hopkins.

🤞🏻Hope for this to be a game changer.
