Black Garlic , and Nrf2 anybody use these
I can live on that diet , love all of the above . What about Nrf2
With each major meal each day, I include Japanese Daikon radish, Garlic, Red Onions, Cayenne red pepper sauce , and of course Tomato ketchup. I just bought Figs today after reading a research article about Figs have chemical substances which inhibit epethilial mesenchymal transition (EMT) . EMT is responsible for cancer spread to bones and organs.Last but not the least.. never forget dark red grapes or red wine (resveratrol) and EGCG from Green tea. All these anti cancer and anti metastatic substances collectively act synergistically and can thwart cancer growth. I would also like to add Black seed oil (thymoquinone) to the above list.
Hmm... Thank you for the culinary inspiration!!
I plan to use all of the ingredients (a dash of wine and I'll kill the rest🍷) and put them in a zip lock bag (along with a few pork chops) to marinate.
Then I'll use my stove top smoker to perfection!
Now, my "Darling Wife of 48 years" (a vegetarian) has agreed to that under certain conditions...
I must stay out of our bedroom and NOT use the main bathroom for at least 3 days!😃
Best
Black Seed Oil for sure!
Add a small amount of broccoli "sprouts" under the horseradish Nal. They are food that is "alive". Supposedly mustard enhances the absorption of the sprouts. I buy a mustard/horseradish blend condiment.

Trying to grow my own broccoli sprouts, not as easy as I thought🤷♀️I may have put too many seeds to start.
The broccoli sprouts I buy from Whole Foods seem to be just seeds placed in a plastic container and watered. The sprouts grow intermingled between themselves and are packed. They have to be pulled apart.
The video in my post below is interesting. Jed W. Fahey ScD. at Johns Hopkins has been studying nutrition for decades.

Thank you, I noticed the same. I have made this growing process more elaborate and harder then what it is, moving forward, i will try again!
I get black garlic from Whole Foods when it is in stock. It makes a nice spread on Italian bread or just eat a clove. A link below--________________________________________________________________________________________________

NRF2-- An interesting video.
Kyolic ages the garlic in their supplements to increase it's potency.
The Italian restaurants in my area remove the outer layer of the garlic skin and slightly separate the cloves in the bulbs and bake them until soft. The garlic in the cloves can be squeezed out of the skins to spread on bread.
I should have mentioned that scrolling down on the side bar--there is more info that pops up in the right hand corner, there are more excellent videos.

Oh man, sounds awful lol!
Semper Fi Marine. Interesting study below. Basically, from my non-medical reading, what matters is bioavailability of Allicin (ABB). I used to make my own Black Garlic (originally did raw cloves but wife has a super sniffer and it was not pleasant) but after reading this, stopped that. BG only has 5% ABB. I have read that BG is higher in its antioxidant activity but for ABB, not good. After reviewing this study, I went with N3. Took me a while to figure out General Nutrition Corp is GNC. Product is GNC Odorless Garlic 1000mg. Not totally odorless, but close. Hope this helps.
