Thanks - I won't recommend it to diabetics. And since it may decrease bone mineral density and increase cancer incidence, I won't recommend it to anyone else either.

I don't like the idea and data behind mega doses. My MO and I think that the ideal range for my health is 30-52 ng/ml. But it is nice to know that a higher dose than I want to take doesn't appear to increase AEs.

Yes, I've never heard of any patient-reported adverse events,. Of course, they aren't looking at BMD or cancer incidence, just the protocol-specified adverse events, I just measured my serum level at 20 ng/ml, which is adequate.
