I am using 0.06% ESTROGel from a 50 gram (1.75oz) pump (made by ASCEND Therapeutics).

Question: How many pumps (depressions) per day = the use of 4 of the 0.1 mg patches changed every 3.5 days (as in the Patch Trial) ?

Hi! I use a Belgian Estrogel produced by BESINS 80 gr. On the tube itself it is written that 1 gr. of gel contains 0.6 mg of estradiol. 2 clicks on the dispenser pump releases 2.5 gr. of gel, which corresponds to 1.5 mg of estradiol. This is the daily norm for women. How to translate your 0.06% into milligrams, I find it difficult to answer, but in any case there must be instructions for this drug ..?! Did not ask Google?))

And yes - I Googled it to death and then calculated that: 2 depressions of the pump/day is equivalent to 1 - 0.1mg patch use. But i am unsure so was seeking verification ... THANKYOU again Rusland !

After my failed RP and Lymphadenectomy, I started using Oestrogel four years ago and my PSA has remained at undetectable levels shortly thereafter. I am not familiar with the pump dispenser, but I believe that one pump equals the amount as shown on my tube applicator. One application/day wasn't sufficient to keep my PSA down; consequently, I started applying the gel twice daily. I have ONLY small boobs as a side effect.

I hope this gel works as well for you as it has been for me. I can't imagine anything being easier to use, with the efficacy, and no doctor visits since 8/2017. I absolutely love the stuff! I feel so sorry for all of our comrades who are dealing with the side effects of the nasty, exorbitantly priced Lupron injections! Since there is no money for the doctors and the pharmaceutical companies in a cheap, self administered hormone, I doubt that this gel will ever be available in Bidenville?

Hi, Ron! How are you? How's your Natalie, isn't she bored there?)) I use such a can, with a dispenser, very convenient, once pressed - got 1.25 g. gel (0.75 mg. estradiol), twice pressed - got 2.5 g. gel = 1.5 mg. estradiol!))

Natalie has been in Thailand all of her life and probably would never be happy living elsewhere. She is getting bored with her law studies...averaging about 14 hours of reading per day. I just hope I live long enough to see her graduate? That would be the highlight of my life!

Super, great photo! You're going to eat your raisins, Ron..)) I believe in it! Yes, the gel helps, my E2 has risen from 5 to 20 pg/ml.. My T is 0.03 ng/ml, PSA is 0.085 ng/ml.. But I can't give an objective assessment of this because I'm still afraid to completely break out of my cage with the use of Zoladex.. Getting ready to jump over this fence..)) Your E2 level of 20 is nowhere near what most of us who are using 'Oestrogel' are experiencing. Richard Wassersug recommends a level in the range of a premenopausal woman. Even though mine have significant 'ups & downs', my average is somewhere in the range of 200. Since 'Oestrogel' is made in France, I would think that you can find it in Europe. If you can get it, perhaps you can "break out of your cage, and jump the fence"!

Hi, Ron! I use the Belgian Oestrogel, it is no worse than the French one, and in some ways it is even more convenient to use, I showed the photo! Hi Rusland,

Natalie and I will do some research on our ladyboys to see if there is any correlation between what they are doing to feminize themselves, and breast cancer. We can also talk to a couple of mamasans that we know who own 'ladyboy clubs'.

Most LBs have implants which 'may or may not' increase the chances of developing breast cancer.

I had to stop "hugging" (how did you know that I used to hug them?) LBs many years ago since Natalie would turn me into one if I get caught again! Hello Bilie, I have been using an estradiol (E2) gel of the same concentration and found that 1 pump which delivers 1.25 gram of gel and 0.75 mg results in an average E2 lblood concentration of about 13.6 picograms/ml. I am also on leuprolide and supplementing only to maintain bone density. I would suggest starting at 1.25 or 2.5 grams and measuring testosterone levels until a concentration less than 1.7 nmol/L is achieved. This value is the generally accepted value for achieving castration. Consistency of application is important. Cheers, Phil

Hello Bilie, I should have mentioned that I apply the gel to a defined area: ~260 cm2 (the two inner thighs). The amount applied and the area affect the concentration in the blood. For a given fixed amount applied, the smaller the area the higher the concentration (please see "Pharmacokinetics of estradiol" in Wikipedia. Cheers, Phil
