No, just because one ADT drug fails, does not mean others will not work. You might consider moving on to xtandi.

Yes. Since Zytiga is a hormonal therapy that lowers serum testosterone levels. It decreases serum testosterone and other androgens to levels lower than those achieved by the use of LHRH analogs alone or by orchiectomy.

The treatment options left for you are chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and radionuclide therapy (Lu-177) depending upon the latest status of the disease.
