Happy Nw Year to all. Hey, anyone out there trending towards castrate resistance feeling like the higher their PSA reading the more energy they seem to be gaining back? I meet with my oncologist tomorrow for quarterly appointment and another dose of lupron and this will be one of my questions for him. After 40 months at near zero I’ve been more than doubling PSA past 3 quarters. Have to admit I’ve not felt this energetic for quite some time. Wondering if there’s any connection.

Check the testosterone value. Testosterone may not be at castrate levels, so more energy and increases in the PSA.

My T would rise while on Xtandi, then PSA would rise 2-3 weeks later. Switch to Zytiga brought my T back to Zero and PSA began falling again. All men respond differently.

I have always been high energy but get an extra boost from Aceytl Carnatine and Ostarine both body building compounds one of which works at the Mitochondrial level
