Timing of radiation and treatment ?

Hello , I dont know exactly when I will be starting radiation for the 1 hot node in my pelvic area . , 3 fractions of SBRT , then 25 fractions of IMRT , waiting for the call .. I had the marker ( fidicual ) implanted last week . I see the MO , DR. Szmulewits , this friday . I had a 6 month jab of Eligard Dec. 9 . I will probably go withe SOC , standard of care by adding another therapy . So Is the second line of therapy started after all radiation is done to see what happens ? Or is there a correct time frame ? Or does the MO start immediately say with Zytiga before radiation ?

I was started on Zytiga concurrently with Lupron in advance of radiation for a single lymph node and seminal vesicle invasion post RP close to 2 1/2 years ago. This was to drive the testosterone down as low as possible to improve the efficacy of the radiation. Previously <50ng/dl was the goal for castrate level, but it was explained to me that lower is better. Mine went to <10ng/dl and stayed there the entire 18 months I was on Lupron, even though the concurrent Zytiga was only given for the first 3 months.
