Yes. BAT then enza looks a no-brainer. But abi does not respond so well (previous reports suggest) . It seems it works best with the lutamides

Likewise am curious. I was on bicalutamide as alternative to ADT for nearly 5 years before it started “feeding” rather than blocking the AR and PSA began rising. This phenomenon is well recognized. PSA drops when bicalutamide is stopped. Since I am now on cyclic modified BAT (4 month cycles - 3 on SPT and 1 month off currently), I am curious if this might resesensitize me to bicalutamide in the off cycles again? Thanks for your post.
