How are you still living

It’s hard to believe that you have been on this journey since 2007. Seems to me you’ve gone all around this cancer instead of dealing with it directly. I am also amazed that you are still in denial that this thing can kill you and amazed you are still alive…

Eyes wide open and keeping tabs on the dragon. No denial. Killing a dragon is hard and takes strategy. Sometimes it’s best to leave him in his cave as you recover from the last battle

Four years here ADT and Provenge so far so good. PSA 0.1 since first month therapy. Zytiga, Eligard, Provenge. Multiple Mets, I was on Xgeva for Year but had to stop due to jaw bone problems. I had two oral surgeries done to remove dead bone caused by it. My doctor has doubled my Calcium I take to compensate so far all number are good. Never give up Never surrender. Leo

Is the bone due to cancer or the meds

I'm not in denial. I know FULL well my end, as I saw it in my Dad.

That said I determined no to let it rule my life. I've got kids, Grandkids and a life to live. I give thanks to Jesus got every waking minute.

I was DXed in2014 at Gl-10 ALL cores positive, some up to 80+%, average of 50%.

Still hit the gym and when not raining I'll walk a few miles around town

Walk a few miles around here and you'll probably be mugged twice.

I live in a small town of working class folk that I greet as I go to PO, grocery store, hardware store. Most are tied into the logging community and have a regard for other people. You hold the door for others and wave at most people if you're driving through town.

I am jealous. My small town days were long, long ago. Had a drive by shooting at house across the street a couple of months ago.

Now that is funny. No one picked up the roach so the house probably burned down. My son burned my house down and stole my wife's car many years ago. Now he's sleeping on my couch. Usually with a roach in his hand. Insert video of roaches running everywhere. Snicker, snicker. Watch out for Ben. We've all heard about the Rats of New York. But what about the Roaches of Fresno? We get no respect.

I know it's none of my business but I would never tolerate what your son is doing.....but we all have crosses to bear.....

You are right. Everyone here has heavy crosses to bear. You wouldn't believe what my daughter was doing.
