Thanks. Is that diagram for cancer in general or is it tailored to prostate cancer cells? I am asking because I hear that prostate cancer cells have a metabolism of their own that differ from some other cancers.

The diagram applies to cancer in general, but if you look at the study, and this table specifically: Table 1. Naturally occurring compounds reported as metabolic antagonists in cancer glucose utilization and lipogenesis; it points out the different cancers in more detail. For example:

The metabolic theory o f cancer applies to all cancers...thats the beauty of it. All cancers have a very similar pattern of operation. Someone will say no...but its still all cancer and its all we have as a deterrent probability.
