“Mustaschkampen” is a nationwide campaign to highlight prostate cancer, Sweden's most common cancer form, and raise money for research and advocacy.
In November there will be a focus on mustaches. During that time, as a fun part of the campaign, many men grow a mustache to draw attention to prostate cancer and its severity. For those who do not grow a mustache themselves there are fake mustaches for sale together with a new Father's Day needle and mustache reflexes.
The Swedish campaign ties in with the international movember campaign that is active in many countries
