Well we found the culprit in my PSA rise. Now to get someplace where they can do something about it. Sitz bone so maybe I have to be up and active so I won't hurt sitting down... Shows up in Na-F18 PET scan and CT. Lung spot not evident in either, so maybe I dodged that bullet. RO next I guess. Vacation and family reunion next week as life goes on.... Life is good.

Dam! I’m sorry about this .. I’m bummed .. I hope you put this pain and met away again.. many prayers brother .. enjoy this reunion . Sounds fun . 🙏
Sorry to learn of the new bone met, Shooter. Should be a very safe site for SBRT targeting. ( I had another PSMA scan yesterday and found a new site, retro peritoneal LN at aortic bifurcation, and will likely be doing the same.)Have a wildly wonderful reunion.
Yes. “Life is Good”. Your attitude is good for a lot. Dr Kwon at Mayo says when they find 2 or 3 mets on the scan, they hit it with SABR 1x and they see PSA drop right back down. This will be an easy step vs all you’ve been thru. Enjoy the Family Reunion. Smile a lot, show them how strong you are. Lead by example🍀
Radiation therapy finished... PSA dropping and RO says it should continue to do so for a few months as more of the X'ed bone dies....Now onto Proveng immunotherapy. First round done and getting second infusion tomorrow, hope it works easier than #1. Ports installed so infusion should go smoothly. Wish me luck. Life is Good, just installed dog proof extension to our front gate to keep him from jumping out.
Best of luck on all your treatments. Enjoy that family time . Life is great :o)
All looking good. Today PSA down again (5 mo. in a row) to 0.26 with Alk/Phos at 55, the lowest in 3 yrs. Life Is Good, an looks to be even better..
