On to hospice
Hey Bruddah, sorry to hear that the meds failed 😭I hope that your stay in hospice is pain and stress free and that you're around a long time with no discomfort
Enjoy the pakalolo (weed) and please keep us informed of how you're feeling.
Mahalo and Aloha 🤙
Whether it be hospice at home or in an assisted living residence or nursing home, I hope you find a good source of hospice care - a good place and good people where they understand your condition and help make things easier and more pleasant for you. Start now to investigate your options because the best people and places often have waiting lists.
Some studies have shown that patients who have exhausted all of their options actually live longer when they seek palliative care than when they keep chasing new treatments that are tough on the body and have little real hope of being helpful.
I wish you good luck and a good journey.
Alan

I am sure your aware of Lu 177 is that a option? I understand it will possibly FDA approved this summer. However it plays out, peace be with you my friend.
Spirits hug, Maleko. May your hospice be both compassionate and wise.
Thanks so much for sharing. How long were each RA223 and Xtandi effective for you?
Courageous sharing - we wish you the best on your journey ....
God bless you
Such great courage. All the best on this journey. Stay pain free and surrounded by the people you love
One step at a time, one day at a time. In all things His Will be done. I pray your journey be peaceful and pain free as much as humanely possible.
I am right there with you, I have small cell neuroendocrine as well. Vaping works better for me than tinture or smoking for nausea, sleep, pain and anxiety. Pull out all the stops drug wise or else J-O-H-N will do them all. Love you Brother.
I wish you laughter..... take care bro...
BTW the Greek word for "soft" is "μαλακός" malakós.....(malako)...
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

Dear Maleko, We are all in the same line. Some up front , some in the middle, and some just beginning the voyage through PC life . Please listen to Tom Petty & The traveling Wilburys “ The end of the line” “ Its alright”
I remember the day that you joined. How calm natured you are .. It ain’t over til it’s over .We are all in Gods able hands. We are here to love each other . I pray that we dont brutally suffer .. May light and love shine on you when you need it most . We are all facing the reaper . You are brave . I see no fear ..God bless Brother !
Already on Tom Petty! And a few others. There is a lot to music that i enjoy. Going ourvinto yard to pick up some stuff. My contribution. Family will be here off an on. 4 wonderful daighters and their spouses and the grandkids. Yep heaven has poured eternal blessings down on me. So very grateful. You take care in AZ.
I pray you can now experience peace as you let go of research and treatments and drop the tangles of life into Gods hands.
So sorry.
Peace and calm to you, Maleko808.
