Whether it be hospice at home or in an assisted living residence or nursing home, I hope you find a good source of hospice care - a good place and good people where they understand your condition and help make things easier and more pleasant for you. Start now to investigate your options because the best people and places often have waiting lists.

Some studies have shown that patients who have exhausted all of their options actually live longer when they seek palliative care than when they keep chasing new treatments that are tough on the body and have little real hope of being helpful.

I wish you good luck and a good journey.

Alan

Peace be with you Maleko808.

Spirits hug, Maleko. May your hospice be both compassionate and wise.

Thanks so much for sharing. How long were each RA223 and Xtandi effective for you?

I am right there with you, I have small cell neuroendocrine as well. Vaping works better for me than tinture or smoking for nausea, sleep, pain and anxiety. Pull out all the stops drug wise or else J-O-H-N will do them all. Love you Brother.

Praying you are around long time Bra🤙

Dear Maleko, We are all in the same line. Some up front , some in the middle, and some just beginning the voyage through PC life . Please listen to Tom Petty & The traveling Wilburys “ The end of the line” “ Its alright”

I remember the day that you joined. How calm natured you are .. It ain’t over til it’s over .We are all in Gods able hands. We are here to love each other . I pray that we dont brutally suffer .. May light and love shine on you when you need it most . We are all facing the reaper . You are brave . I see no fear ..God bless Brother !
