I’ll be brief with my history. Age 67
9-04. Diagnosed with prostate cancer. 3+3 10-04 robotic surgery, no positive margins and the lymph nodes were clear
April 07 PSA started to rise so urologist referred me for EBRT to the prostate bed.
Watched the rise for 16 years and now I’ve been diagnosed with bone Mets in my right hip and ribs 8,9,10. None in major organs.
I just stared Firmagon injections and Xtandi. What is confusing is my PSA is .8. Any ideas?
Thank you for your response. Sorry I cannot answer you PSA .8 question. Your following posts has some replies from a lot smarter men than I....

You are the first person I have come across with similar situation as mine. I was diagnosed with Gleason 3 + 3 prostate cancer in 2011. I had brachytherapy in 2011. My cancer came back as extra capsular recurrence in 2016, treated with cyberknife and ADT in 2016-17. Developed metastatic cancer in many pelvic and abdominal lymph nodes in 2018. Currently, under treatment with ADT.
Is your PSA rising when you are on ADT?
