I experienced biochemical failure a number of years after first being treated for prostate cancer with radiation and brachy. Is it ever used again to kills mets in the pelvic bed or lymph glands?

Your pelvic bed was already treated along with your prostate. EBRT can be used on the pelvic lymph nodes if it wasn't treated. Good idea to have a PSMA PET scan to exclude more distant metastases.

Before radiation get a PSMA PET/CT to check for distant mets.
