recommendations for SF Bay Area SRT / ADT ?

my uPSA has been rising slowly to now 0.018 from 0.008 in the last 18 months, 5 years post 3+4 RP

I might need SRT and ADT sometime next year

That's not a rise. It just means the PSA test you're taking is too sensitive.

Hi jronne Hope you are well, we chatted a while back. I am still fluctuating up to 0.056 over last 3+ years after 2.5 initial years undetectable. In fact last reading was undetectable, first time in a while (I was doing Keto diet at time for a couple of months which may or may not have influenced it). From all the reading I have done I would wait until getting to 0.10 at earliest, many don't seem to consider it a recurrence until 0.2. Best wishes Julian

I recommend UCSF. It’s who I use and I use them because they are one of the top ranked on the west coast.
