It is hard to understand the language you are writing for me. Let me give briefly some bio marker info. in English

(1) Lower the total testosterone ,better for long term survival. Total T less than 10 ng/dl is considered excellent.

(2) Lower the PSA goes, better it is for long term survival. A PSA Nadir of 0.2 ng/ML or lower is considered excellent.

(3) Hemoglobin above 13% is very good for long remission, generally.

(4) Serum Creatinine should remain below 1.2 mg/DL . Means kidneys are working well.

(5) eGFR is normal if it is above 60. Higher is better.

(6) Total Alkaline Phosphatase should remain below 100 U/L and Bone Specific Alkaline Phosphatase should remain below 25 U/L for best long term survival ,

Note: If Nadir PSA is below 0.2 , with time to Nadir above 9 months, And Nadir Testosterone below 10....you can expect a survival of anywhere from 6 to 10 years or in some cases even more. ( Based on studies about prognostic factors)

Can't answer more precisely because of my language problem.

Bravo, that was an excellent translation.

His hemaglobin is 134g/L

So that translates into 13.4 grams/ DL. Its a good level .It indicates that bone marrow is producing enough red blood cells.

Thank you!! Really. He was worried about it. ALP was 1,0 mikrokat also low right?

In USA, we use Units/L for Alk Phosphatase. I dont know how to translate from microkat to Units per liter. If you truly want to know status of bone mets thru bio marker route. .You need to get Serum Bone Specific Alkaline Phosphatase and another marker called Urinary Collagen telopeptide NTX.

BALP is a measure of how much bone are being repaired after getting corroded.

Whereas, Urinary Collagen telopeptide tells you the extent of bone resorption.. meaning how much bone is getting corroded.

I just got these two biomarker done and they are in low normal range. BALP indicates extent of Osteoblastic activity and Urinary NTX tells about Osteolytic activity.

Doctors are not going to order these tests unless you are prime minister of Sweden.

Luckily, in USA, we have private labs who do these tests but we have to pay out of pocket.

This is fine dining...we are treated with McDonald fast food by our insurance companies.

If you want to know more about bio markers , see my reply to Karmaji in the thread "To OC Man". which started a few days ago.
