Darolutimide

I wonder if anyone has tried the combo Darolutimide plus Abiraterone/Prednisone outside the Clinical Trial. I doubt my MO will approve the "off label" use of Darolutimide so I am searching for evidence of effectiveness to bolster my case.

Did this combo work for you? Is there data anywhere on the success rate of the combo or predictive biomarkers for success?

(I do not qualify for the clinical trial due to previous my previous use of Abiraterone which has failed.)

It doesn't bolster your case, but the combination of abiraterone and enzalutamide did not add anything but side effects for most patients:

Maybe join one of the open clinical trials for a different advanced hormonal agent?

Yes the findings of this Morris et al study are disappointing to me. It sounds such a logical approach but the side effects turn the tables here. Needs another study!

Biology often doesn't do what we think or hope it should do. "Logic" is pretty useless.
