Anyone encounter info on use of PDE5 inhibitors as a possible anti-cancer therapy?

I was researching ED drugs...and encountered some presentations on using PDE5 inhibitors as both ED and anti cancer therapy. The mechanism is that they may effect the tumor protecting mechanism that helps shield cancer cells. Anyone have any info?

Anyone ever try it for ED?
